COMMUNITY – IN YOUR CORNER
Drawn from within local communities, our 'In Your Corner' Programme provides our communities with ‘support from next door’ rather than ‘advice from on high’. Using our 4 pillars of success we offer six individual and interactive mental health support sessions combined with a bespoke programme of well-being, nutrition and boxing. Through the use of brief advice, goal setting and the organisation of local groups and events, our health & wellbeing team supported by volunteers, seek to empower individuals to make positive lifestyle changes and embed healthy choices within communities.
